Factory Tour
Qcil has aggressively expanded its market presence, obtaining approvals from national regulatory bodies in numerous African countries, including South Africa. The company is now approved to supply 31 SSA countries, exporting to 13 African nations and 2 in Southeast Asia.
To meet demand, Qcil increased its production capacity from 80 million, to 130 million tablets monthly. In December 2019, they commissioned a $10 million, state-of-the-art quality control lab, doubling the size of the previous one and enhancing compliance and productivity.
Additionally, Qcil built a $5 million, 3000sqm warehouse – operational since anuary 2019 – with a 5000-pallet capacity, eliminating the need for third-party storage.
